We’re not fond of companies that don’t respect our privacy so why would we not respect
yours? We do need some information from you in order to print your graphics. We need to know who you are
and where to send your graphics so your contact information is vital. We may also need to reach you by phone
or by E-mail so we ask that you provide that information as well. For example, we’ll send you an E-mail if
your design violates our decency policy (see below).
We will NEVER sell your address information. Ever. We will never contact you unless absolutely necessary.
You will never receive an unsolicited phone call or E-mail from us. Sure, we have a newsletter designed to
keep you informed about our company and what we’re doing, but receiving it is entirely at your discretion.
You must actively choose to receive this newsletter; we will not underhandedly sign you up and then force you
to go through 5,000 steps to unsubscribe.
Now, we may have to provide your information to legal authorities if a legal issue arises. That is the only
circumstance in which your information will leave our company and it will only happen under subpoena.

For the most part, we don’t care what you put on the side of your bike. After all, it is your
bike, right? Pink hearts, yellow moons, green clovers. It’s all good. We will not, however, print stuff that’s
generally considered offensive. Jenna Jameson in all her glory? Naw. Swastikas? Don’t think so. Poo-poo jokes?
Maybe, but only if they’re really funny. The stuff you see in Transworld Motocross is about as PG-13 as we’re
willing to go. We will contact you by E-mail or by phone if we consider your design offensive and unprintable so make
sure your E-mail address and phone are accurate. You can then alter the offending design and submit it for printing
again.
